Hiya! Welcome to my sewing page!

My mum has always been very creative and made toys and things for me when I was younger. I'm told that my great grandma was always knitting things for her and some of which have been passed down to me, so I guess it runs in the family. When I was younger I loved dressing my dolls in the clothes that she had made. I was also interested in making jewellrey and was always creating things and using my imagination! I started sewing club in primary school when I was 10(?) and that's where it began. I got a sewing machine for christmas in 2014 and since then I've made so many things that I'm really proud of. I have chosen textiles for GCSE. I have sooo many cushions in my room now and I love changing the layout of my cushions on my bed and creating new looks (is that wierd?!). I really want my career to have something to do with textiles and design because I love it so much and couldn't think of anything I would love to do more.
